WHO WE SERVE

A VISUAL STORY OF OUR WORK

We believe every man, woman, and child should have access to modern healthcare. That’s why we strive to deliver quality, patient-centered care to every person who comes through our doors—regardless of caste, creed, gender, income or ability to pay for their treatment.

We serve nearly 400,000 native villagers each year, both inside and outside the walls of Shanti Bhavan Medical Center.

The communities we serve have some of the highest poverty rates in India. Through our outreach programs and medical services, we work to eliminate barriers to healthcare for low-income men, women and children.

Our Vision

To ensure all impoverished people of northeast India receive holistic, modern healthcare without regard to caste, creed, or gender.
